The project partnership is developing materials that can be used to train and stabilise soft skills in vocational education and training.
Soft skills are the “personal and social competencies” of a person. In contrast to hard skills, which describe the professional skills of a person, soft skills can be decisive for the extent to which a person is up to the challenges in the job or not, regardless of his/her professional qualifications.
The goals of this project are:
- the reduction of premature drop-outs from education
- the adaptation of vocational qualifications to the needs of the labour market
- the promotion of employment rates
